**About the Role**:

- A leading reinsurer based in Johannesburg is looking for a Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in recruitment and Human Resources in a similar role. The incumbent will manage the end-to-recruitment process aligned to the company’s guidelines on job postings, shortlisting and interviewing. Ensuring that appropriate interview and assessment processes are being deployed to meet the requirements.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Higher Diploma or equivalent with specialization in Human Resource Management and/or Psychology.
- 5-8 years of experience in recruitment and Human Resources in a similar role
- Insurance/Reinsurance background
- Experience in recruitment and selection and HR administration in multicultural organisations.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to operate people at all levels of the business
- Good interviewing skills
- Team player: able to handle opinions from multiple angles
- A high-quality, detailed and diligent work attitude

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to recruitment process aligned with the company guidelines
- Post vacancies on Intranet and Internet and cross-post to job platforms
- Communicate with the hiring manager on compensation and benefits and other relevant aspects
- Recruit interns and manage internship programs
- Manage the company social media activities for employer branding
- Provide weekly and monthly recruitment reports
- Coordinate on-boarding of staff after recruitment
