Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to join a progressive, family orientated business on the next stage of its growth.

Based in Epping-Melbourne our client is an established kitchen and cabinet manufacturer for the commercial and residential sector. With an inhouse project team and on-site manufacturing, the business works with well-known Australian and European suppliers including Blum, Hettich, Laminex, Polytec, Caesarstone.

Having recently expanded to a new location, the business has launched a new division and developed a new industry first proprietary software, that is poised to change the cabinetry and joinery landscape in Australia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate Site Measurement and on
- site technical meetings with clients
- Align with the sales team for Design Confirmation and finalising the contract details
- Complete detailing work with Cabmaster software
- Consult w/ drafting team ensure technical detail & installation obstacles considered
- Liaise with factory manager on manufacturing process and customer satisfaction
- Project follow up and participants in site meetings align with Client’s site supervisors
- Quality Control of install process to make sure project completion on time/budget
- Weekly Production scheduling and planning in liaison with the factory manager
- Manage procurement of material (inc. purchase orders and staying in budget)
- Control and management of project schedule
- OHS and Quality Assurance duties

**Requirements**:

- 2-3+ years' exp. in commercial and residential joinery/cabinetry or similar role
- CabMaster or similar software experience (required)
- Hands on Joinery experience (or trade qualified in joinery)
- Manufacturing or building materials industry experience
- Experience with Production Management and Scheduling systems

**Salary**: R840,000.00 - R960,000.00 per year
