Warehouse Consignment and Stock Controller

- Ensure timeous and accurate supply, reconciliation, processing and stock control relating to Fitment Partners
- Daily reconciliation of consignment warehouse locations with regard to consignment inventory requests, fitment centre stock returns, warranty claims, and processing of stock for invoicing
- Liaise with Dealer Partner on transactions and stock discrepancies
- Timeous and accurate transfer of stock in Navision/SAGE systems for all variations of “Dealer Codes” making use of MiX Telematics consignment stock
- Perform physical stock counts including stock investigations at consignment locations
- Coordinate consignment stock requests via the MiX logistic system until delivered to Partner
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or similar will be an advantage
- Valid Driver’s Licence and own transport
- Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience within Logistics or an administrative environment (Finance, Debtors/Creditors)
- Previous consignment stock control experience will be an advantage
- Computer literacy with reference to Word, Excel and Outlook (on an intermediary level)
- Experience working on an ERP system (SAP, SAGE, AX, Navision) will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Able to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
