**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Short courses in Instructional Design or Project Management.
- 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- English: fluent (written and verbal).
- Afrikaans: fluent (written and verbal) beneficial.

**Duties**:

- Establish the digital content elements to be created (needs analysis).
- Identify, contract and train external creators of content as required.
- Establish brief for each digital learning content element to be created.
- Establish project timelines, deliverable planning and reporting.
- Drive submissions and ensure quality delivery from external creators.
- Track progress on a regular basis and follow up as required, adjusting schedules and plans to meet deadlines.
- Plan, track and control budgeted costs,
- Ensure task completion and upload the created content to the relevant platform/s.
- Lead and coordinate work groups with various professionals, contributors, and stakeholders.
- Liase with stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Manage ad hoc requirements for digital content improvements and alignment.
- Assist with the uploading and capturing of data and content, and do corrections on content as required.
- Assist the team with any ad hoc administrative tasks required.

**Salary: R252 000 per annum
