- Maintain company secretarial files of clients.
- Prepare and submit amendments to company secretarial information
- Registration and deregistration of companies.
- Submit annual returns.
- Liaison with clients in respect of amendments to company secretarial information.
- Liaison with CIPC.
- Maintain trust files of clients.
- Prepare and submit amendments to trust information:
- Registration and deregistration of trusts.
- Liaison with clients in respect of amendments to trust information.
- Liaison with Master of the High Court.
- Oversee cleanliness of office.
- Reception during lunchtime (maximum once per week).
- Liaison with other offices in the group in respect of group activities.
**Qualifications**:
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Detailed orientated
- Strong administrative skills
- Computer literate
- Basic knowledge of Companies Act
