My client, a leading manufacturer of catering and baking equipment, is looking to employ an experienced Administration Clerk to join their team in Durban.
Areas of Responsibility (Your duties will include but are not limited to)
- General administration duties as required, filing, stationary, etc.
- Responsible for administration with regards to stock
- Responsible to load invoices for payments
- Following up on payments
- Creating, updating and maintaining records and databases
- Scheduling management calendar and update as needed
- Responsible for petty cash
- Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets and other expenditure
- Keeping record of Meetings
- Managing of office supplies and placing orders
Knowledge, skills, and experience required
Educational Background
- Proven work experience as an Administration Officer essential
- Excellent knowledge of SAGE
- At least 2 years proven experience of working with stock
- Grade 12
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand Afrikaans & English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills
- Strong organization skills with a problem solving attitude

- Trust worthy and honest
- Must be able to start immediately
**Salary**:
R 15 000 - 20 000 CTC pm depending on experience
