- We require an accountable and self-driven individual who must have a working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel as well as a general knowledge of an ERP System. Experience in the field of Freon components will be beneficial.

**Key Functions will include**:
**Quotations**
- Work in Progress Management
- Operational Admin Assistance Job Description Quotations
- Drive and motivate the Johannesburg region technicians for quotations
- Compile templates for various quotations
- Obtain prices from suppliers and compile a database of regular used parts.
- Ensure the required margin is quoted on as set out
- Forward quotation to customer after approval by supervisor.
- Save quotations in central file to compile a database of quotations to be used as templates
- Follow up outstanding quotations with customers and ensure the correct sales method is applied.
- Check costing’s of quoted jobs carried out to ensure the required margin is obtained and also to check for additional work carried out.
- Assist with budget prices to obtain purchase order upfront (before commencement of work)
- Keeping records of safety inspections of ammonia plants to be repeated at required intervals.
- Update service agreements on annual basis.

**Job Take On**
- Opening jobs under the correct customer account and call type;
- Requesting and obtaining an order number for all service work - liaison with sales representative for a quotation/estimate in order for a customer purchase order to be generated.
- Check that all parts are booked out to the job and filed in job packet - liaison with the procurement clerk
- Ensure on completion of the quoted job that all the remaining/ extra parts used are correctly allocated Operational
- Department achieving and exceeding budgeted EBIT
- Assist technicians during the day with part requirements
- Assist with procurement of arranging of spares
- Planning of weekly and monthly services with supervisor
- Arranging technicians’ daily work as and when required
- Check jobs on completion of work to ensure all the parts used are allocated to the correct jobs**Inherent Requirements**
