**POSITION: ACCOUNTING CLERK**
**SALARY: R 5,500 - R 7,500 pm**

**ENGAGEMENT DATE: TO BE CONFIRMED**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- National Diploma in Accounting or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 Years’ experience in an accounting and tax environment working as an all-rounder strictly in an accounting firm.

Trainee Accounting Clerks.

- Advanced Ms Word & Excel Skills
- Advance SARS Efiling Skills
- Familiar with Easyfile
- Presentation and Negotiation Skills
- Excellent Client Service Skills
- Advanced Clients’ Accounts Management Skills
- Preparation of Ledger Accounts, Management Accounts an Annual

Financial Statements
- Capture and Submit Income Tax Returns on SARS efiling including but not limited to: EMP201, EMP501, IRP6, ITR14 etc.
- Preparation of VAT Spreadsheets, Capture and submit on SARS efiling
- Handle SAR Review and Audit Documents including Uploading and Submission to SARS
- Handle SARS Objections and Appeal Processes
- Manage Clients’ Accounts and Ensure Compliance in all Respects.
- Perform Payroll Administration Duties
- Assist with Recruitment of New Clients
- Assist in other Group Division as and when required including; Training, Business Advisory, Company Registrations and HR & Payroll.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R5,500.00 - R7,500.00 per month
