**Attention Outbound Sales People**

Are you a natural salesperson with a talent for closing deals over the phone? Do you have experience in the insurance industry and want to work for a company that provides you with qualified leads? Look no further We are currently seeking Outbound Telesales people to join our team

As an Outbound Telesales person, you will be responsible for selling insurance to potential clients over the phone. You will be provided with qualified leads to ensure that you have the best chance of success. In addition, we offer a well-structured uncapped commission on top of a R6000 basic salary.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in sales. Our company offers a vibrant and fun working environment where you will be part of a supportive and dynamic team. We provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your role.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Matric Grade 12
- Clear criminal record
- 1-year sales experience (preferable)
- Basic computer literacy
- High degree of self-management, responsibility, and accountability
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Patience, persistence, and a positive attitude
- Team player
- Ability to work in a fast paced and pressurized environment.
- Strong sales ability, objection handling, need creation

**Package & Remuneration**
- Basic R6000.00
- Uncapped commission
- NO COLD CALLING - Pre-approved leads
- Incentive drives
- Full training provided.
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
- Previous financial services sales experience advantageous **HOWEVER** not essential
