**Only for Experience Outbound Call Centre Sales Agents **_(min 1-year)_ - **OFFICE based in Century City, Cape Town** Remuneration: - R4500 Basic salary - + R250 Data allowance - + R250 Technology allowance - + Weekly uncapped cash incentives (average incentive potential +-R500 to +-R1 500 per week) - + Monthly uncapped commission (average commission potential +-R6 000 to +-R10 000 per month) Requirements and skills: - More than 1-year **outbound call centre sales **experience - **No criminal record**: - **Two contactable references**: - **Reliable transport to Century City everyday**: - Own **smartphone** (for WhatsApp communication with managers) - Self-motivated, enthusiastic and go-getter attitude - Excellent English spoken communication skills - Able to work independently and self-manage - Commission and target driven person - Objection handling skills Please note we will contact at least 2 references after interview. If successful, you will first sign a fixed term contract that will be re-evaluated after 6 weeks to permanent contract if exceeding mínimal sales targets. If successful, you will be working in office for the first three months. You may work from home/remotely if you have met your targets after three months working in office and you have your own reliable equipment to work from home.
