Digital Marketing and Lead Coordinator

Supporting Marketing Head, Digital Editor-in Chief and Product Marketing Head ( and their respective teams as required)
- Manage scheduling, production/ printing, and delivery of marketing materials
- Maintain advertising schedule, bookings and delivery of material
- Processing all marketing orders and payments
- Reporting on & maintaining marketing spend and processes
- Support product marketers in scheduling of annual telesales campaign plan with collation and distribution of leads lists and preparation of all telesales campaign material
- Updating schedule of marketing activities and special offers
- Proofing of marketing material
- Preparing order forms for sales and events
- Organising, packing and delivery of marketing material to events
- Assisting with the production of product catalogues
- Inbound lead management including reporting and monitoring of inboxes
- Liaising with suppliers and managing marketing quotes
- Sourcing and stock management of all marketing promotional stock
- General administration, coordination and support for the marketing team
- Planning and execution of certain CSR company events ( not all)
- Assisting with internal communication and other general brand marketing campaigns as specified by Marketing Head.

General
- Self starter with a passion for marketing
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible pattern
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with grammatical accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office are a must.
- Experience in working with web content management systems an advantage
- Creative thinker, motivated, with a hands on, 'can-do' attitude

Excellent organisational skills

Experience and Qualification
- Marketing Diploma/degree
- Knowledge/ experience with digital marketing
- MS Office Intermediate or advanced
- Experience managing suppliers
- Analytical with a keen eye for detail
- Previous experience in a similar role
