The Role- Guides functional objectives on technologies.- Advises other professionals.- Effectively utilizes group dynamics.- Recognizes complex problems related to functional objectives and drives solutions to problems.- Leads RCA discussions for their products.- Analyzes situations, implements solutions, or develops new system elements, procedures, or processes.- Creativity and judgment applied to developmental work on different projects within the business environment. Provides ongoing technical /operational guidance to lead professional work teams, conduct special projects, or manage department(s) (national or international.- Defines and decides objectives within specified business concepts or projects and may have responsibility for tools and assigned resources.- Utilizes expertise to influence people outside the department or function directly.- Regularly participates in overall functional program planning.Who You Are-
- 10 years z/OS experience.
