We are seeking a **Sales Trainer** to join our team.

The primary purpose of this role is to prepare and conduct sales teaching plans for what the job requires and assess training effectiveness to ensure that the taught skills and techniques are embedded into the employee’s work behaviour and production.
- **Must have run a Team as a Sales Trainer and Team Leader**_

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Design/produce training material.

Conduct exercise sessions for new and current sales employees.

Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement for internal sales teams.

Facilitate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses, and challenges.

Develop individual coaching plans and provide resources and assistance.

Monitor sales objectives and results.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**

Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Advanced customer service and time management skills.

Experience with building and developing teams.

Excellent coaching skills.

Ability to design effective training programs.

Ability to measure performance.

Package & Remuneration

Basic salary: R12000 plus commission

Pay: From R12 000,00 per month
