**PURPOSE OF JOB**

The call centre Training Associate plays an integral role in developing the training needs of new and existing staff across different departments while maintaining standards and ensuring they are kept at the highest level. Maintaining high and positive energy is essential.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Developing and leading the training department
- Creating and writing training material
- Leading the internal development programme in conjunction with Human Resources
- Influencing the behaviours of the trainees and call centre agents through the facilitation of product and system training
- Working proactively to drive performance and focus on customer growth and retention
- Client liaison to enhance understanding of the client’s training requirements
- To support the design, development and writing of training material to support key objectives
- To work with the call quality monitoring system understanding skills and knowledge gaps and feedback on output
- Liaising with the contact centre team leaders to discuss improvements
- Delivering customer service and sales skills training, to include (but not limited to) objection handling, listening skills, questioning skills, closing the sale.
- To play a crucial role in the design and delivery of the induction training program for the company
- To drive culture and diversity awareness
- Trainer administration (registers, training agreements, extensions, failed training etc)
- Basic understanding of HR policies and processes
- Ensuring upbeat, fun culture is a part of all our engagements and duties.

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
