The SVP, Technology Operations (SVP) is responsible for the management and development of an efficient, cost effective, high performing, operational organization supporting various business stakeholders. This role collaborates with the Senior Leadership Team to develop corporate and operational strategies, and is responsible for the functional execution of these strategies.

The SVP will provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, people and systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

The Role of our Champion:
The functional areas of the business are divided into the following operations groups which the SVP will lead: Network & Infrastructure, Routing, Project Management, Customer Activation Management, IT & Customer Support with responsibility for the strategic execution of the business plan and overall organizational performance.
- Ensure Clickatell meets our service promise to clients through the establishment, monitoring, management and iterative improvements of TQM systems and SLA process
- Develop and successfully execute operational budgets while simultaneously ensuring profit margins are met or exceeded
- Develop and manage functional resources with a focus on cost management, efficiency and margins
- Development and preservation of a fun, unique, adventurous and highly engaged culture.
- Work with the senior leadership team to develop a clear, cohesive and effective strategy to grow the business and then implement this strategy throughout the business
- Drive performance measures for the entire operation including a consideration of efficiency versus effectiveness, through the use of dashboards for review of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Direct the development and installation of procedures and controls, to promote communication and adequate information flow, and thereby solidify management control and direction of the enterprise
- Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the Company
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization, while maintaining responsibility for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external
- Motivate and lead a high-performance team; mentor direct reports to cultivate skills and to maximize teamwork effectiveness

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
- 10+ years of expertise in technology & operations roles
- 7+ years of experience in managing operations teams, contracting, budgeting, vendors, and security programs and projects
- 4+ years of technology operational experience in a SaaS & enterprise field is preferred
- International experience is preferred.
- Proficient knowledge and implementation expertise in TQM and/or Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficient knowledge and experience of risk management, productivity measurements and enterprise incident management
- Ability to work with full confidentiality and a high level of personal integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft and deliver technical reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Experience performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with normal activities.
