**About Us**:
Food Concepts 360 is a growing company involved in restaurants, consulting, and other industries. We are looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper/Accountant to manage the financial operations across our group of companies.

As the Senior Bookkeeper/Accountant, you will handle all accounting tasks for several companies, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance. You should have a strong attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage full accounting cycle (general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, month-end closing).
- Prepare and analyze financial statements; ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit VAT, PAYE, UIF, and other statutory returns on time.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Implement and maintain internal controls for accurate financial reporting.
- Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (SAIPA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience as a Senior Bookkeeper or Accountant with multi-company processing.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
