To complete the onboarding and acceptance process of all new and existing Sanlam Group Risk Corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Acceptance Co-ordinating
- Ensure new Sanlam Group Risk Corporate clients are onboarded by:
- Completing due diligence of clients based on installation documents.
- Vetting the installation documents.
- Liaising with the relevant Distribution channels regarding any outstanding/discrepancies on the installation documents.
- Creating unique client code on systems as required.
- Communicating the onboarding to the relevant internal departments.
- Ensure changes to existing Sanlam Group Risk Corporate clients are executed by:
- Comparing existing and new benefit structures.
- Vetting the installation documents.
- Completing due diligence of clients based on installation documents (if required).
- Liaising with the relevant Distribution channels regarding any outstanding/discrepancies on the acceptance documents.
- Communicating the changes to the relevant internal departments.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Negotiations with Client Relationship Managers/Sales consultants/Front Offices/Risk Consultants and internal departments regarding the acceptance process
- Client relationship by building long-term relationships
Self-Management
- Keep abreast with relevant processes and legislative changes in the industry
- Work delivered within contracted turnaround times

Qualification and Experience
- Matric / Grade 12
- Experience in the Group Risk environment of a minimum of 2 years - 5 years
- Well-versed in English and Afrikaans
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) Knowledge and Skills
- Sound technical knowledge of Group Risk / Employee Benefits / Retirement Funds and the applicable legislation
- Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written
