**Duties**:

- Receive invoices from supplier and reconcile to Purchase orders

Processing of supplier invoices on Kerridge
- Matching of Invoices to the Goods received notes and follow up on discrepancies
- Liaise with suppliers on queries
- Monitor the GIS account and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile Creditors and prepare documentation for payment
- Monitor, analyse and maintain the fleet creditor account
- Filing of invoices on a monthly basis
- Drawing and sending of daily bank statements
- Load payment Batches and electronic transfers
- Processing of payments on Kerridge
- Sending of Proof of payments
- Assist with Ad hoc queries from the Financial Manager

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12/ Matric Equivalent
- Computer literacy with sound knowledge of MS Excel
- At least 2 years of experience as a Creditors Clerk
- Knowledge of Kerridge Commercial Systems/ Babbage will be advantageous but not a requirement
