Global Visa and Immigration Specialist

**REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Additionally, the Global Visa and Immigration Specialist may be responsible for compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
- You must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limits set by the government.
- Must ensure that all the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
- Must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
- Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
- Global Visa and Immigration Specialist must be able to help the client to obtain Visas, permanent residency, work permits, and any other documentation required.
- You must take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
- Understands the VFS system.
**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**
- Relevant Qualification (Bachelors degree preferred)
- Essential Experience 4-7 years experience in a Visa and Immigration environment
- Proven track-record
- Proven knowledge of South African, Indian, Nigerian, Croatian immigration laws and processes preferred
