REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour safely and effectively.
- Basic understanding of workplace health and safety standards.
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment.
- Good communication skills and willingness to take direction.
- Reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
- Attention to detail and awareness of surroundings when working at heights or with tools.
- Respect for tools, equipment, and company property.
- Positive attitude and commitment to learning site procedures and safe practices.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum: Grade 10 (Matric preferred)

Experience: Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or general labour roles

advantageous but not essential.

Certifications: Health & Safety or Working at Heights certificate (advantageous but not

required).
