Travel & Expenses Ops and Compliance Analyst

Solugrowth is looking for a Travel & Expenses Ops and Compliance Analyst with Risk, Shared services and a good understanding of Travel & Expense processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily actioning of scorecard tickets and other basic T&E queries on Remedy as per SLA.
- Proactively reviewing of high-risk expenses and flagging for daily closing/ blocking of termed/ on leave employees.
- Reviewing of expenses flagged for possible fraud/ MC policy violation based on rules setup by T&E.
- Daily dashboard refreshes to identify delinquent employees.
- Sending excel summaries of audited Executive member reports to admins and managers for approval.
- Downloading and saving suspension data file for T&E teams.
- Sending Oracle unpaid Due MC/ Reimbursement reports to Intercompany teams to process via payroll.
- Daily monitoring and follow up on queries not yet completed.
- Following all guidelines on tasks diligently as per SOP.
- Provide clear, easy to understand written communication with relevant information to internal/external clients.
- Pro-active & efficient communication with supervisory/management team of progress, challenges etc.
- Time management in completing daily tasks and to voice out any challenges on why daily targets and deadlines are not met.
- Accountability in ensuring that daily / weekly tasks are completed.
- Ensure that you meet internal and client Key Performance Criteria (KPCs).
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the T&E team.
- Identify own knowledge gaps & training needs and arrange time with Supervisors to upskill.
- Auditing expense reports for Executive Committee members-All EC members as per SOP and working with admins to correct.
- Proactively identify risk areas for potential fraud.
- Work closely with Analytics and Automation teams to automate manual processes.
- Critically review the workflow process and suggest areas of improvement that can be presented to the client.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Finance/Customer Services related qualification
- Good understanding of Travel and Expenses processes
- Minimum 3 years Finance and/or Customer services /Travel and Expenses experience
- Previous experience in Fraud and analytics
- Articles/audit experience
- Risk Management experience
- Experience with Remedy
- MS Office required
- Oracle
