**Your day at NTT DATA**

Are you passionate about creating healthier, safer workplaces and protecting the environment? We're looking for a dynamic and experienced** Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Officer** to help drive our commitment to operational excellence and sustainability.

**What You’ll Be Responsible For**:

- Conducting EHS surveys and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazardous conditions
- Investigating incidents and providing root cause analysis aligned with our HSE Management System
- Advising on compliance with environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders—including vendors, clients, and authorities—to uphold best practices
- Facilitating employee safety training programs and equipment demonstrations
- Coordinating HSE committee activities and emergency preparedness plans
- Championing corrective actions and acting as incident/fire marshal when required

**What You’ll Bring**:
We're looking for someone who combines technical acumen with excellent interpersonal skills. To succeed, you’ll need:

- Solid knowledge of workplace EHS laws and regulations
- Proven experience developing ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or ISO 9001 management systems
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Attention to detail and confidence working with multidisciplinary stakeholders
- Strong planning, organizational, and analytical thinking

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Recognized Health, Safety, and Environmental certification(s)
- SACPCMP Registration (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years’ industry experience (Construction or Information Technology)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in developing and implementing ISO 45001 & 14001 or 9001 Management Systems.
