We're passionate about what we do and committed to disrupt and drive industry change, so if you're an enthusiastic team player and go-getter we want to hear from you. - "The best way to predict your future is to invent it."_ Peter Drucker **The Role**: As part of our global Finance team, reporting into the CFO, the FP&A Specialist will drive budgeting, analysis and forecasting for Black Swan Data. You will be tasked with large data analytics used to predict and present trends and review the business performance. You will be required to produce monthly Management reports and work closely with the wider finance team on various ad hoc analytical tasks and projects. **What you will be doing**: - Reporting & Analysis - Improve and automate KPI, Board and Financial packs - Chair weekly pipeline meeting and work with CFO to build out revenue operations function - Collaborate with Customer team to create renewal and upsell projections - Own contract book and cohort analysis - Work with HR and management to drive planning and reporting of headcount in a high growth business - Commercial - Partnering with commercial teams to guide pricing, discounting decisions - Question behaviors and performance stemming from revenue operations diagnostics - Collaborate with Executive team regarding their functional P&L performance and budgets and forecast - CFO Support - Fundraising support - Scenario Modelling - Ad hoc focused analysis **About you**: - Great excel analytical skills - Ability to deal with ambiguity but also produce timetabled reporting - Strong communication skills and capability to work with non-financial peers and Executive team - CIMA/ACCA qualification preferred - Knowledge on Salesforce, HubSpot and Salesloft is a plus as well as exposure to SaaS / B2B **What makes a Swan?** We want people fanatical about creating innovative solutions inspired by data.
