**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Join our team as a Level 2/3 IT Technician & Executive Assistant, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and assisting our CEO with various management tasks.
**IT Technician Responsibilities**:
- Technical Support: Provide level 2 or 3 technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
- Systems Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and optimization of our low-voltage company's IT systems, including servers, networks, and security protocols.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex IT issues, implementing solutions to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures to protect our systems and data from cyber threats, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to address IT-related issues and procure necessary equipment or services.
**Executive Assistant Responsibilities**:
- CEO Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Business Management: Assist in various business management tasks, such as preparing reports, conducting research, and organizing meetings and events.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, conveying messages and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to business activities, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information.
**Additional Details**:
- This role requires a high level of technical proficiency and experience in IT support, particularly within the low-voltage industry.
- Proficiency in English is essential, Training and support will be provided to help you excel in both the IT and executive assistant aspects of the role.
