As an inlumi consultant, you will deliver complex and large-scale finance transformation projects for renowned companies across the globe. With support from the wider inlumi community - based in 10 countries and three continents - you will be able to make a difference from day one by developig and strengthening relationships with global finance teams and CFOs.

YOUR MISSION

Our team have a combined experience of 50+ years in Corporate/Enterprise Performance Management Consulting within Finland. We are a fun-loving and good-spirited team who, along with our international colleagues, work on some of the most exciting projects within OneStream.

You will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best and brightest consultants while partnering with some of the top 30 companies in Finland on their finance transformation.

We are looking for a Consultant who can participate in large-scale transformation projects using your technical skills and knowledge of finance processes and enterprise performance management.

**Requirements**:

- You have an economic background working as a controller, business partner or similar.
- You aspire to build relationships and work in teams.
- You are capable of working on your own but know when to reach out to colleagues when needed.
- You are self-driven by nature and curious to develop your knowledge and skillset of management consulting and performance management solutions.
- Experience with Excel macros and automation and/or EPM solutions, e.g., OneStream, SAP BPC, Anaplan, Tagetik, Hyperion or IBM Cognos is an advantage but no requirement.
