**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will take the lead on projects to roll out the life-cycle tools to all R&D teams globally.
- You will act as the primary contact for supporting and configuring Jira, Confluence and related add-ons, and play an active part in projects involving any other integrated systems (especially around version control, customer support and KPI reporting).
- You will be expected to work independently creating projects, amending workflows, setting up automations and custom fields, configuring user access and so on. The role requires very strong relationship building, clear communication and an ability to plan and work to committed deadlines.
- You will develop and implement effective dashboards and reports to support R&D teams and their leaders.
- You will contribute new ideas for using our tools more effectively.
- You will create user documentation and other training material to aid the support and consistent usage of all tools and systems.
- You will have primary responsibility for all administration and maintenance tasks, including user account creation/removal.
- You will implement suitable change control practices across systems and tools.
- Work outside normal hours may be required occasionally when necessary so that maintenance tasks do not impact our productivity.
- You will be responsible for live and sandbox instances of Jira.

**Key Requirements**:
Jira and Confluence admin experience and awareness of plugins available.
- Knowledge of Aha and Tempo would be an advantage.
- Microsoft Teams and associated apps also an advantage.

Experience of implementing and maintaining Jira Software for large, complex organisations.

Excellent written and verbal skills. Clear and concise communication.

Prioritisation and organisational skills.

A passion for continual improvement and best practices in the software development lifecycle.

Pragmatic, engaging, articulate and innovative.
