Your key** job** responsibilities as the **Customer Retention Manager** in **Durban** will include:

- Develop and implement a customer retention strategy, aligned to the company’s goals and objectives, to increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and constantly improve the customer journey to successfully convert, retain and increase customer deposits
- Improve customer retention using a CRM platform
- Monitor and analyse customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and promotions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted customer retention campaigns
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improved retention

Requirements for this **Customer Retention Manager job** in **Durban**:

- Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience, with a proven track record, in customer retention management, preferably within the online sports betting and casino industry
- Understanding of gambling products, services, and promotions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and opportunities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Passion for sports and online betting with a comprehensive knowledge of the gambling industry
