Furniture Packaging Officer

Furniture Packaging Officer at Gadgetboss, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our furniture products are delivered to customers in pristine condition. You will be responsible for carefully and expertly packaging our furniture items, preparing them for safe transportation, and maintaining the overall quality of our products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Furniture Packaging**: Properly wrap, pad, and package various furniture pieces, taking into consideration their size, shape, and materials, ensuring they are protected from damage during transportation.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished furniture items for any defects, scratches, or imperfections before packaging, and report any issues to the production team.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of packaging materials and supplies, and inform the relevant department when supplies need replenishing.
- **Shipping Coordination**: Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure packaged furniture items are loaded onto delivery trucks in an organized and secure manner.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies, ensuring a safe and clean work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in furniture packaging or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy furniture items.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
