**Job Summary**: Marketing Manager sought for busy centre in Sandton

Owning, operating and managing a portfolio all over the country, this private business manages their marketing in-house too. In this way they ensure a purchasing power and quality of product which is consistent with their budgeting and branding objectives. Reporting to their Head of Marketing, the Mall Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the complete on-site marketing function, assisting with formulating, and implementing sustainable marketing and brand strategies, public relations and communication strategies and policies while managing the marketing and information staff’s key outputs as well as representing Centre Management. Based at a well-established centre in Sandton, typical duties will include:

- Strategy & Budgeting
- Social Media oversight and management
- Promotion court rentals & sundry sales
- Tenant training & assistance in their marketing objectives
- Supplier engagement & payments
- Research & monthly reporting

You will have a stable track record of at least 5 years’ marketing experience; it is imperative that your marketing experience is in the retail property space. A marketing related degree / diploma and a portfolio of successful on-line marketing & social media campaigns will secure this position
