**Minimum requirements**:

- Qualifications and Experience
- National Diploma
- 5 years of experience in a Packhouse Manager role or similar within the food, beverages or manufacturing facility
- Relevant marketing and farming experience in Citrus agriculture will be an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of BRC, HACCP, and Global Gap Accreditation
- Production management experience is essential
