Purpose of Role:

- Be accountable for achieving ESCO's growth targets in Northern South Africa and Botswana regions by leveraging Sales, Administration and Service Teams._

Key Responsibilities:

- Focus Area: Effective management of all aspects of the branch to ensure achievement of revenue targets
- Focus Area: Develop and implement sales strategy and plan to support the achievement of revenue targets
- Focus Area: Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- Focus Area: Provide technical support to District Managers and Customers

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

- Relevant National Diploma
- 8 years relevant experience in the mining industry, 3 of which should be in a management role.
- Proven track record of progressive accomplishments in the mining industry
