Provide administrative support to the Departmental Head including the management of incoming and outgoing mail, photocopying, filing, typing, and management of documents.
- Manage employee filing system by creating and maintaining accurate HR-related files to ensure easy accessibility when needed.
- Manage HR correspondence by responding promptly to internal and external HR-related enquiries and requests, providing support where necessary.
- Perform financial and operational administration by processing all financial claims for the department and ensure capital expenditure orders are well-managed.
- Handle travel arrangements for HR-related events, including obtaining quotes, coordinating visas, booking accommodation, and ensuring all relevant documents are prepared for travel.
- Assist in HR reporting by compiling and presenting of monthly HR reports, including data extraction and presentation from the HR Information System.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as required.
- Provide general HR support by assisting with various HR projects and tasks as needed, contributing to department-wide initiatives.
- Manage diary by providing effective diary management through Outlook for HR team members.
- Assist with any additional HR tasks as required to support team operations.
- Manage supply chain management tasks for the HR Department to ensure compliance with supply chain processes and policies. Co-ordinate information requests related to internal and external audits
- Take minutes as required
- Assist in collating information for HR Business Plan and Quarterly HR Reports

Matric certificate plus 1 to 3 years’ experience in a Human Resources field. Certificate or diploma in HR administration will be an added advantage.
