**SALARY**: R20k - R30k (per month - pro rata)
**DURATION**: up to 6 Months FTC
**LOCATION**: Fully Remote (CPT)
**HOURS**: 40 hours per week - aligned to GMT/EU Timezones

‍ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?
- Proactively source and build best-in-class, targeted talent pools using relevant (most current) platforms and cutting-edge tools.
- Collaborate with Talent Partners & Hiring Managers to understand their specific needs job requirements and objective criteria for sourcing.
- Provide insights on the talent landscape, sharing knowledge on local and international recruitment trends.
- Building scalable and cross-functional sourcing processes increasing sourcing performance
- Continuously learn, develop, and grow yourself and others

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- 2 years+ of proven experience in technical talent sourcing, particularly within the SaaS & Tech Industry.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms used in modern sourcing strategies.
- Ability to work remotely and maintain strong collaboration with a global team.
- Ability to gather organisational insights and communicate feedback effectively to our internal teams
