Things Responsibilities of the Role
- Understanding ongoing hiring needs and establishing the right sourcing mix in order to generate a strong pool of talent for our vacant roles
- Provide input into building an attraction strategy and interview process
- Draft & publish attractive job advertisements and manage responses o Reach out to targeted talent via social networks and build authentic relationships, stories, and magic
- Measure and report on hiring metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, source-of-hire, etc.)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements and ensure this knowledge is made transparent to the team
- Enable various sourcing strategies like referrals, talent pooling and external attraction projects
- Provide new ways of improving the talent sourcing functionality through innovation and automation

Requirements of the Role
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Work Experience

Start-up and/or agency technical sourcing experience
- Working with local and international sourcing of talent
- Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and stakeholder relationships o Knowledge and Ability (this means that you know your stuff)
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing tools & methodologies
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Workable, Greenhouse, etc
