**JOB PURPOSE**:
Act as a Service & Support Technician for EBike Bosch motors, spares, software installation/upgrades, troubleshooting.

**DUTIES**:

- Oversee repairs, liaise with manufacturer regarding warranty/guarantees/returns.
- Stock control and assist in the general smooth-running of maintenance and tech support
- Provides necessary documentation and reports.
- Provide product training and insight, repairs and support (internally and to dealers and end users)
- Compile basic reports,
- Maintain an organised efficient workshop/workspace.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain safety protocols

**EXPERIENCE**:
Minimum 5 years’ experience:

- Repairing electrical/mechanical equipment,
- In Software support & maintenance,
- Trouble shooting,
- Following SOPs and
- In Client services.

**EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum Matric
- N5 Certification

**SKILLS**:

- Customer oriented/client services
- Literate
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Meticulous,
- Good listener,
- Excellent Technical skills,
- Fast learner,
- Able to follows SOPs,
- Problem Solver
- Able to follow and maintain safety protocols
- Computer literate (MS Word/Excel/Outlook)

**SALARY**:

- +- R15 000 per month CTC (negotiable depending on experience and skills)

Training to be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
