Heartdeco is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our warehouse operations and leading a team of motivated individuals. This is a full-time position with a 2-month probation period and a starting salary of R6000.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently.
- Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock checks and documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Supervise and lead a young and spirited team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve targets.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Generate reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, productivity, and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role.
- University qualification in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff at all levels.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Age requirement: between 21 and 35 years.

**Salary**: From R6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
