**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**Qualifications**:

- Health/Safety/Environmental Management Diploma or Engineering Diploma with Health and Safety/Environmental Management
- SACPCMP Registration as a Construction Health Safety Manager (high wish)
- Total Quality Management/Safety Management/Environmental Management and knowledge and implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, SAIW 3834-2,
- Construction Regulations 2014
- NEBOSH
- NOSA- Samtrac (minimum)
- Experience:

- Minimum of 10 years in SHE department in Petrochemical Environment, of which 5 years in Capital Projects
- Interfacing and working in Sasol Secunda/Sasolburg for minimum 3 years
- Thorough knowledge of Legal Appointment responsibilities and maintaining of such register
- In-depth Incident investigations and reporting knowledge and closing of Nonconformances.
- Strong knowledge (including development and maintenance) of ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015)ISO 3834 - Part 2 Certification knowledge from SHE perspective
