- High level of computer skills (Datatim/Power Bi/MS Office/Qlikview)
- Previous experience beneficial

**Key performance areas**:

- Client Communication:_
- Receive daily orders 1 day in advance of planned loading
- Contact all clients daily to enquire regarding planned loads
- Communicate eta’s and vehicle details to clients
- Daily feedback to clients on status of en-route vehicles
- Phone clients at 10:00 to double check any possible additional loads
- Transporter management:_
- Source vehicles for transporters on our database
- Follow up on vehicles that must load on the day to ensure no delays
- Manage the price of ad-hoc vehicles
- Ensure minimum ‘stand-over’ loads by identifying late vehicles and replacing them with new vehicles.
- Follow up on vehicles when loaded and on route to offloading point.
- Operational:_
- All loads to be captured on Datatim/TMS
- All transporters to have load confirmation sent prior to vehicles leaving packhouse
- Book vehicle offloading slot (where applicable), and communicate to transporter
- Ensure all vehicles that require special permits have valid permits
- Assist coordinators with operational tasks when required
- Administration:_
- Assist finance dept with POD data capturing when required
- Understand and follow claim process
- Assist manager where needed
- Ensure all transporters have valid GIT, and ensure all clients are within credit limits
