**Key Responsibilities**
**Marketing Support**
- **Administrative Assistance**: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, processing invoices, tracking budgets, and coordinating team logistics.
- **Content and Digital Asset Management**: Assist with the organisation and archival of marketing assets (photos, videos, copy, etc.). Coordinate the flow of content to relevant internal teams or external agencies.
- **Social Media and Website Support**: Assist with basic content scheduling, community monitoring (e.g., responding to guest reviews and simple social media comments), and routine website updates under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
- **Collateral & Inventory**: Manage the inventory of marketing materials, brochures, and in-house signage, coordinating re-orders and ensuring consistent branding.
- **Ad-Hoc Projects**: Undertake various ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the Marketing Manager to support campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Assist with liaising with internal departments (e.g., kitchen, cellar) and external suppliers (e.g., florists, technical support) to confirm arrangements for events.
- **On-the-Day Activation**: Provide practical, hands-on support for winery-hosted events, premium tour group experiences, corporate functions, and weddings, including:
- Set-up and breakdown assistance (e.g., checking place settings, arranging seating plans, setting up registration tables).
- Guest registration and management on arrival.
- Acting as a friendly and professional on-site support to the Events team, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- **Guest Experience Support**: Assist with administrative tasks related to the Tasting Room or Manor House bookings as needed, ensuring all guest information is accurately captured.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- A relevant tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree) in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support, junior marketing, or junior events role is advantageous.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Meta Business Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Afrikaans proficiency is a plus).
- A professional, friendly, and energetic demeanour, with a passion for hospitality and luxury service.
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
