NDA is an employer of choice, and we are currently looking for a Recruitment Intern.

The position is focused at providing support to a growing recruitment division within the Human Resources Department, whilst learning about the Recruitment industry at entry level. This role would suit a passionate and driven individual who is able to learn fast, move with change and gets the job done

**Responsibilities included, but not limited to**
- Conducting 1st telephonic screening
- Providing recruitment administrative support to the HR Team
- Call interviewees scheduled for the day
- Check the interview spreadsheet to see if there are any bookings for the day
- Update feedback on HR Reception interview spreadsheet
- Application form
- Lexis Nexis Forms
- Hiring Manager feedback Form
- Ensure all documentation received is correct namely CV, Matric Certificate, ID
- Ensure all documents have been completed and signed correctly
- Reference Checks/Screening: _
- Ensuring all reference checks are completed daily
- Ensuring that confirmation of employment is provided, if available
- Ensuring that frequent daily communication is made to the recruitment department. Including completed, pending, overdue and incomplete reference checks.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in HR Management
- A clear criminal record.
- An understanding of recruitment and selection (experience would be an advantage)
- Social media savvy
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Attributes that well help you in this role:
