What Youll Be Doing

  • Supporting recruiters in sourcing, screening, and engaging exceptional talent across the iGaming and Sports Betting sectors.
  • Writing compelling job adverts and LinkedIn content that attract candidates worldwide.
  • Conducting market research on global operators, platforms, and talent trends.
  • Assisting with interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer management.
  • Maintaining candidate databases and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Collaborating with senior consultants on live international roles and business development initiatives.

What Were Looking For

  • A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, and digital tools.
  • Passionate about the iGaming and Sports Betting industry curious about how it evolves globally.
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-driven.
  • Studying or recently graduated in HR, Psychology, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Positive, resilient, and eager to learn from a team of industry experts.
