**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric with relevant qualification
- **Minimum of 5 years working experience as Events Manager**:

- Experienced working in a high end/VIP space
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Own transport

**DUTIES**:

- Ability to put a VIP high end event together **from A - Z**:

- High end events include Weddings, Birthdays and other exclusive private events
- Create guest experiences and executing service that is second to none
- All documentation / budgets / finance / in order to put an event/wedding together within the timeframe and budget
- People management - ensure optimal performance of the function, event, party adhere to and achieved
- Open communication between all departments involved to ensure the smooth operation of the event/s.
- Ensure that all group requirements are met, such as audio / visual equipment, photography and more
- Co-ordinate any accounting issues pertaining to the event
- Experience, confidence and paying attention to detail will drive you to accomplish a positive solution for all the guest’s requests.

**Salary**: R30,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month
