Brand Manager

The Brand Manager role functions to ensure a globally recognised and cohesive branding strategy across all Inospace Parks, including collaboration and creation of design concepts, physical implementation of renovations and refurbishments within schedule and budget constraints, general marketing strategy support, and management of supplier and client relationships as relates to brand marketing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Concept Design
- Design and create a globally recognisable brand strategy, consulting on both national and international projects as needed
- Advise and support the investment committee on centre acquisition assessments, including onsite visits to assess building possibilities and alignment of brand
- Collaborate with the Project Manager in Centre planning, arrangement and creative possibilities, ensuring Centre facilities are optimally located
- Responsible for planning of Park themes in accordance with location, function, and clientele market
- Prepare and deliver concept designs of new project interiors, exteriors, and signage, collaborating with the marketing team and Project Manager, ensuring brand consistency across Parks
- Prepare and deliver concept briefs to partner agencies and designers, managing the design process and approving final designs before contracting production and signage providers
Brand Implementation
- Collaboration with the Project Manager on building plans and advisory support on amendments to drafts
- Management and implementation of the renovation and refurbishment process, including designing of reception and business centre layouts, exterior and interior signage installations, and selection of flooring, paint, fittings, furniture and décor, maintaining consistency with the Inospace brand and colour specifications
- Management and implementation of the renovation and refurbishment process within given and agreed upon budgets and timings
- Implementation and coordination of renovation projects and installations within a tight, efficient schedule to ensure no delays to Parks being client-ready
- Management of onsite installation and quality control, ensuring the realisation of the branding vision
- Ensure timely implementation of externally visible signage as a priority to ensure maximisation of sales opportunities
- Tracking, reporting, and submission of weekly status report sheets as to progress made and expected timelines
- Understanding the market availability, current trends and price standards to ensure purchasing of good quality items and supplies at best value
Brand Maintenance
- Responsible for décor maintenance of completed Parks and upgrading of Park themes as required
- Re-optimisation of spaces to enhance functionality as needed
- Consult and advise Park Management on branding and installation specifications to ensure brand maintenance
Marketing Strategy Support
- Development and maintenance of an internal Brand Bible, providing specification guidelines for future and current business parks to ensure brand consistency
- Contribute and assist the marketing team as required, collaborating in strategy brainstorming
- Assist and collaborate on marketing and promotional materials concept and design
- Stay abreast of marketing trends and innovations and implement in marketing strategies
Agency and supplier relations
- Maintenance of positive and productive agency and supplier relationships
- Liaison and negotiation with suppliers on best pricing and timelines
- Management of outsourced services and contractors to ensure quality control and meeting of deadlines
