The Brand Manager is responsible for managing all brand and marketing related deliverables for the Sweetbeet brand and its stores. The Brand Manager is required to implement all communications, drive brand equity and ensure consistency across all brand touch points.
JOB DUTIES
Brand Management:
Creatively direct and manage all brand communications, assets and collateral to ensure that the brand standards are upheld, the brand remains relevant, aspirational, innovative and desirable, whilst communicating clearly and creating strong brand equity. (E.g. campaigns, content creation, packaging design, promotions, messaging, etc.)
Digital Marketing:
Trade Marketing:
Manage all print and other physical executions for in-store collateral, to execute on the brands communications deliverables for campaigns and promotions, to ensure consistent messaging across the store network and deliver on business growth. (E.g. posters, table talkers, menus, screens etc.)
3rd Party payments and ordering:
Manage Sweetbeet’s 3rd party digital channels for online ordering, payments, rewards, coupons and vouchering, to leverage the channels for customer acquisition and business growth, as well as managing the brands presence. (E.g. Uber Eats, Mr. D, Pilot loyalty for Ambassadors/Influencers, Varsity Vibe, SnapScan etc.)
PR, Ambassadors/Influencers and Partnerships:
Manage Sweetbeet’s public relations across all channels and manage relationships with its Ambassadors, Influencers, Media and all other key stakeholders to ensure that the brand's communications achieve widespread awareness and the brand earns positive and far reaching endorsement. Manage key strategic brand/supplier partnerships to deliver strong brand equity, collaborating with brands to align strategically and leverage each other’s consumers and brand value. (E.g. vida, Happy Culture, Bos, Grumpy, Nature’s Nutrition, etc.)
Events and Activations:
Manage all consumer face-to-face engagements in and out of home, creating meaningful and engaging consumer and key stakeholder experiences, to communicate the brands messages and build strong relationships and human connections with Sweetbeet’s audience, with the support of the Central Kitchen and Operations team members. (E.g. Influencer experiences, Monday Motivation, Willow Kids in the Kitchen, vida collab events, etc.)
Customer Service and Community Management:
Manage all aspects of customer relationships and community management, across all touch-points, both in-store and digitally, to ensure that all Sweetbeet’s customer interactions are dealt with effectively and efficiently, with the support of the vida group Community/Customer Service Manager and the respective Operations team members.
Budgeting, Admin and other:
Manage all budget, admin and other related tasks associated with managing an organised, effective and efficient Marketing department.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications or related
A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in QSR and FMCG industries
A minimum of 1 year leadership experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Canva.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Accurate with high attention to detail, analytical skills and critical thinking ability to identify potential issues.
Logical with solid planning, organising and time management skills to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
Strong data management and multitasking ability to manage high volumes of work in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to withstand pressure and meet deadlines within a specified timeframe.
Ability to work independently as well as within multiple teams on to drive projects to completion.
