**Position Overview**:
As a **Sales Operations Assistant**, you will play a vital role in the seamless operation of our Sales Department. This position involves a combination of administrative support, coordination, communication, and front desk assistance. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and dispatching correspondence to clients, agents, and suppliers.
- Maintaining accurate records of communications and client interactions.
- Writing and editing content for newsletters, press releases, and website content.
- Managing Potch Eiendomme's social media platforms and engaging with the online community.
- Assisting in organizing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Monitoring deadlines and notifying relevant parties (e.g., client birthdays, mandate expirations, advertisement expiry).
- Scheduling appointments for property showings or viewings.
- Coordinating community outreach events to enhance the company’s presence locally.
- Collaborating with the team to produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and online content.
- Compiling weekly/monthly reports to track team and company performance and progress toward goals.
- Delivering excellent customer service to sellers, buyers, and investors to enhance client satisfaction.
- Managing office supplies (e.g., water, milk, coffee) and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Leading efforts to strengthen collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Matric Certificate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Own vehicle
- Laptop and cellphone
