**Position summary**:
As Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. You’ll oversee daily operations, uphold quality standards, handle client interactions, and manage administrative tasks. A valid driver’s license and driving experience are essential, as a significant part of your role involves driving within the business site.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Supervise and coordinate daily car wash operations
Ensure quality assurance and maintain service standards
Drive vehicles safely within the business premises
Manage work schedules and team tasks effectively
Handle client communication with professionalism and confidence
Oversee basic administrative duties and reporting
Ensure quality of all washed cars including washing
Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
