**Job Advert Summary**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12 with Maths & Science OR N3 Maths & Science (N4 advantageous)
- No prior experience required
- Strong technical aptitude, teamwork, communication skills and eargerness to learn

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- The incumbent will be responsible for the completion of all required FP&M Seta theoretical modules for the trade.
- Complete logbooks or written assessment tools supplied by PG Bison and/or a training provider to record relevant workplace experiences and attend all study periods and theoretical learning sessions with the training provider and undertake all learning conscientiously.
- He/she will undergo intensive on-the-job training and other related trading including the plant process.
- In addition, the incumbent will be trained and exposed to problem solving and trouble shooting skills, provide support to the production process with adequate levels of availability and reliability and demonstrate the ability to practically conduct maintenance and installations.
