**MAIN JOB PURPOSE**
The incumbent will be responsible for regulatory compliance of the Training Centre. To ensure adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) which includes policies and procedures to ensure that the training processes comply with standards in accordance with the relevant statutory bodies, accreditation is maintained, students are registered with SETAs and exited effectively.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum of Certificate/ Diploma in Administrative Management or equivalent.
- Certificate in Training and Development will be advantageous.
- A Higher Certificate/ Diploma in Project Management or Office Administration is advantageous.
- Extensive knowledge on the SETA’s/training legislation, understanding assessment and moderation processes.
- End User/Computer certificate will be an added advantage.
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in Senior Office Administration / Supervisory role.
- 3 - 4 years’ experience with the MERSETA, SETA and QCTO trade test administration processes, learnerships, apprenticeships and skills programmes for ETQA administration.
- 3 - 4 years’ experience in the Learnership/Apprenticeship legislation, Quality Assurance.

**DUTIES INCLUSES**:
**Management of Learner agreements, files, verification, and trade testing**
- Oversee onboarding, learner induction and orientation.
- Ensure completion of learnership agreements and submission thereof.
- Coordination of the allocation of digital POEs to assessors and moderators

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Work closely with relevant SETAs and regulatory bodies.
- Liaise with Signa Group National Quality and Compliance team to ensure that the institution complies with regulations.

**Training Operational Administration**
- Assist with and agree on implementation and roll-out plans for new client contracts with the Client Liaison department.
- Oversee maintenance of training and assessment records and documentation as per compliance standards.

**Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration**
- Participate in ensuring internal and external site audit readiness and compliance.
- Participate in Internal and external verification processes with SETAs.

**Staff Supervision**:

- Supervise and coordinate the operations of the ETQA department.
- Demonstrate effective, fair leadership, and inculcate the company values and culture.
