**RESPONSIBILITIES**

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
- WSP Submissions
- ATR Submissions
- Facilitating internal trainings
- Planning and coordinating training for branches
- Making training bookings and arrangements
- Liaising with training providers
- Oversee learnership, apprenticeships and internships

RECRUITMENT
- Sending out vacancy adverts
- Sitting in on interviews
- Drafting offer letters
- Drafting contracts
- Induction
- Creating new employee files
- File audits

TRANSFORMATION
- Update the SD Scorecard on the toolkit system
- Compile BBBEE files for verification
- Implement, drive and monitor compliance to company transformation targets

PAYROLL
- Loading employees into VIP
- Performing administrative duties

**EDUCATION, TRAINING, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management
- MerSETA experience will be advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wadeville, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
