The TooMuchWifi B2B Sales Manager reports to the Customer Experience Officer. The B2B Sales Manager is motivated to build the function and department from the ground up. The B2B Sales Manager generates new sales leads through professional relationships with business partners, negotiates client pricing, and forecasts sales revenue to maximise profits. The B2B Sales Manager will specialise in Business to Business (B2B) sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services.
- Research and identify new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Show an entrepreneurial spirit, building out the function and department from the ground up.
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over Zoom or Google Meet.
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan on how TooMuchWifi can meet these.
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
- Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
- Draw up client contracts.
- Have a good understanding of TooMuchWifi’s products and be able to advise others about them.
- Explain features of products and services.
- Upsell products and services.
- Ensure that the company’s service standards are consistently achieved at all times.
- Stay informed about competing products and services.
- Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate.
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
- Liaise with the finance team and logistics departments as appropriate.
- Demonstrate success growing sales pipeline and exceeding sales targets.
- Liaise with network and customer support teams to customize offering and track customer happiness.
- Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
- Help marketing to plan sales campaigns.
- Create a sales pipeline.
- Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases.
- Increase sales of the business.
- Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management/the board of directors.
- Develop the business sales and marketing strategy for B2B Sales.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or related field.
**Relevant Skills / Experience**:
- Drivers License.
- A self-starter, showing initiative and the confidence to start and run things from scratch.
- Ability to work outside the office environment.
- The ability to analyse sales figures and write reports.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong telecommunications or wireless network experience preferred.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to be a self starter, being able to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds, including age, race, ethnicity, gender identity, and lived experiences.

- Strategic thinking and being able to see the big picture.
- Demonstrated success growing sales pipeline and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
**Salary**: R300,000.00 - R480,000.00 per year
